Bellow is the criteria I have to follow in making this page.

1 1.1 Analyse the structure of three existing html websites.
Consider their structure and use of techniques for communication.
2 4.1 Produce sketch designs for a website based on a theme about yourself.
The site should consist of several pages such as:

Pets
College
Hobbies & Interests
Your design should indicate the general layout and content of each page showing hyperlinks.

4.2		 Create your web site incorporating all techniques stated in your design.
Your pages should make good use of:
Colour,
Graphics (including an animated image),

Navigation links and

  • The main page would load fast to show the user that the page existed and invite them to stay with a little information on what is available.

  • The second page is a frame containing a heading across the top, an index down the left hand side with options repeated so the user can either open a new page or navigate within the frames.

  • The right centre will be the main page. The important information will be in view and is basically the page about me. but information as to what the aims are will need scrolling to see.

  • The bottom page will have the college banner to show why and where the page was started from and give a little pretty look onto the page. 

  • The Family, Pets and Hobbies and interests pages will be using tables and give a little information on each subject.

  • Each page will contain links with more information including previously made pages on family tree and TV interference as I do not want to remove these pages as there are many outside links.

  • The my family page have an animated picture of me waving to comply with the criteria and also pictures linked with tables to each comment.

  • The colours are in the main controlled by a cascading style sheet so should be the same throughout the pages.

  • Transitions are included to many of the pages but because of the use of frames they will not work.

  • The Hyperlinks are included both on pages them selves and on the index.

  • Navigation links are on this page.

4 The page normally used to send pictures to my family has been used to display this page. And also the pages have been put on CD for the lecturer to inspect and make any comments on. They are not as I would wish for a normal web page as they have to include frames and transitions with loads of pictures which I would not normally include.
